Welcome to the Kingdom - You're gonna like it here
Although the war is raging - Our King will draw us near

He loves us like a father - His daughters we've become
Adoption now completed - we are joint heirs with His Son
Will you take the crown of wisdom - He's designed for you to wear
And learn about this royal life - His love with others share

As His daughter and His princess - His love will overcome
This royal life's not easy - but in Him the victory's won
The battle rages 'round us - Bringing shame and doubt and lies
But in King Father's army - We have a Sword that cuts those ties

Our Sword needs to be studied - To learn all it has for us
It tells us of our conquering King - So in Him we learn to trust
The battle's in the mirror - The battle's in the mind
Our King has brought the victory - So trust His Word divine

The more we get to know Him - The more our trust can rest
In His unchanging power - Putting His love to the test
So let's all learn about Him - Through His Word, our sword and strength
Our enemies are conquered - Abundant life is what awaits

Attacks will always be here - But our Sword will point to peace
As we get to know the King of Kings - Our burdens He'll release
The compromise is over - Royal life now we embrace
Our King is now our Daddy - Saved through His amazing grace
